STAR VALLEY RANCH

Population: 1,465
Elevation:
Region: Southwest

Chamber of Commerce

Annual Festivals: There are many golf tournaments held throughout the summer, and a fun filled 4th of July weekend of activities.

Star Valley Ranch is one of the newest town in Wyoming and number 99th incorporated in the state. Star Valley Ranch began as a resort development from a working ranch and has blossomed into the second largest town in the Valley. Although many of the residents are “snowbirds” there is a growing population of year round families. There are two first class golf courses, a nine hole course and one with 18 holes. The whole family will enjoy the swimming, tennis, dining, etc, with the beautiful views of the surrounding forests in every direction. Winter activities include snowmobiling and cross country skiing and many community events.
