Free Kick Off Dance! Friday, Sept. 5th 7-10pm. Free Dance Lessons. Plaza Diane, Downtown Powell. Live Dance Band. 

Saturday, Sept 6th  10-3pm. Activities and Car/Truck/Tractor Show.   Free admission.


The street in front of the Homesteader Museum will be brimming with activity reminiscent of the bygone days, where you can hear the sound of an old steam engine, spin wool, watch a blacksmith at work and more. Lots of Kids Games, food and farmer's market vendors!  See the tractors and single haybaler at work!  Root beer floats will be complimentary and Peg Buntin’s Fiddlers will play while street food vendors sell their food. 
Kick off for Saturday will be a Friday night downtown street dance with live band and free dance lesson!
Other family activities will in­clude games for kids, pony cart rides and a Historic Walk for all ages start­ing and ending at the museum.  

All participants are welcome to bring equipment/vintage cars and dress in period clothing. There is no admission charge for this event.
