A ‘Ranch Soup’ Ranch Stay is the perfect location from which to enjoy a variety of recreational and touring choices in the northwest region of Wyoming.  Located 3 miles south of of Otto & Hwy. 30, we are your base of operations to enjoy all that the Big Horn Basin has to offer!   Touring opportunities include Cody and it’s many attractions, Yellowstone National Park, day tours to Medicine Lodge and Legend Rock Archeological Sites to see the extensive ancient petroglyph drawings, the cultural wonder of the Native American Medicine Wheel Site, and the Red Gulch Dinosaur Track Site.  Sportsmen will enjoy hunting in proximity to the ranch using very accessible walk-in areas and tens of thousands of acres of public lands contiguous to the ranch.  Those who like to fish or just enjoy nature can take advantage of the Big Horn River Canyon and lake that stretches all the way up to Montana from our locale, as well as the Wardell and Harrington Reservoirs that are directly behind the Ranch.

“Ranch Soup” is part of Boreen Hay and Cattle. We blend some of the old with some of the very latest agricultural practices. (Go to Ranch Soup.com for details)  Things are very busy here 12 months a year. When you aren’t out touring, you can keep to yourself down in the grove at the guesthouse, be a passive observer of ranch happenings, or you can jump right in and get dirty.

The ranch guesthouse boasts a long old-fashioned porch along the entire length of the building that overlooks one of the ranch’s four ponds, with the Big Horn Mountains as a backdrop to green fields.   Each of three guest rooms has a private entrance off the porch, full bath, and it’s own heating/air conditioning system.  The spacious kitchen and gathering room in the building allow you and your friends or family to prepare meals to accommodate your varying schedule, suit any special dietary needs, AND save you money!   Guest rooms can be reserved individually, or the whole building can also be rented to accommodate a group of as many as ten people.

Contact us so that we can help you with your plans!  We want  your stay in the Big Horn Basin to be the best it can be!
