4th of July celebration - Lander style! The festivities begin July 3 with private fireworks on Sinks Canyon Road and the Granddaddy of 'Em All, the Pioneer Days Rodeo, the oldest paying rodeo in the United States. The morning of July 4th begins at 6 a.m. with the Half-Marathon race, the parade begins at 10 a.m., followed by a Buffalo BBQ at Lander City Park. The rodeo begins at 6 p.m. and the evening ends with spectacular fireworks.
