The American Veterans Traveling Tribute and Traveling Wall will be on display at Sheridan College, May 14 through May 17, 2009. Featured is an 80% replica of the Vietnam Wall. Ceremonies will be held to honor local veterans and active-duty service men and women throughout the three-day event. The tribute event is sponsored by the Marna M. Kuehne Foundation in conjunction with Sheridan College.

The mission of the project is to travel the nation to honor, respect, and remember men and women who served, and to pay specific tribute to those who gave all in that service. Since the tribute is mobile it allows people to honor and respect veterans and active military personnel without having to travel great distances to do so.
