The Artist Point and parking lot at the end of the South Rim drive will be closed from June - Nov. to undergo extensive rehabilitation. The South Rim Trail will also be closed in the Artist Point area. The South Rim drive will remain open to Uncle Tom's Trail. Access to view the Canyon will be available from the North Rim drive. The North Rim drive will be closed at night from 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. to prepare for construction scheduled for 2008.
