Bear Lodge Mountains Snowmobiling

Seventy-eight miles of groomed, and 9 miles of un-groomed trails highlight the Bear Lodge system which are located north of Sundance, WY in northeast Wyoming. Only minutes from Devils Tower National Monument, the system is perfect for those seeking a winter getaway that covers more than just snowmobiling.
Machine services and repair are available in Sundance. Food and lodging in Sundance and Hulett. Snow depths average one to four feet. There are several permit selling agents in this area for your convenience.

Elevation: 5,000 feet to 7,000 feet
Season: Late November through early April
Season Temperatures: +40 F to -20 F

This trail system is maintained through cooperative efforts of the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources/Division of State Parks & Historic Sites, and the U.S. Forest Service
