Bridge Bay Campground was named for its proximity to Bridge Bay Marina on Yellowstone Lake. The area is quite scenic, with wooded areas, open meadows and some limited views of the lake. Because of its location, the campground is popular with fishing and boating enthusiasts. The campground offers open sites with few trees or shadier options in the wooded upper loops of the campground. The location is within site of the western shoreline of Yellowstone Lake, and at 7,800 feet in elevation.
Bridge Bay is situated near Yellowstone Lake, 30 miles from the East entrance to Yellowstone. It's also conveniently adjacent to Bridge Bay Marina and store. A sanitary dump is available but no utility hook-ups.
Season runs May 27 - Sept. 11, 2011.
