You will definitely get a sense of the history of Wyoming at Cayuse, where an amazing collection of fine Cowboy, Indian and National Park antiques is available for purchase. Plains beadwork, silver saddles, cowboy spurs, Navajo rugs and jewelry, and early art and photography abound. Contemporary work by Susan Adams, winner of 2008's Western Design Conference, is featured, along with works by other craftsmen continuing the legacy of the west. It's worth a trip off the town square, two blocks north of the Wort Hotel.
