The September fly-fishing on Snake River in Grand Teton NP was by-far one of my best fishing experiences. The afternoon wade fishing at the Snake entrance to Jackson Lake was the ultimate finish to a week-long of fishing in Yellowstone/Teton. Catching and releasing cutthroat trout from 10 to 12 inches on almost every drift -- PLUS, the "smac" of trout feeding, seeing a moose on the shore, hearing elk bugle in the Teton valley, and watching eagles soar overhead. I would say "IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN WYOMING TROUT FISHING ON THE SNAKE"
