An easy drive to the tower, and hiking around its one-mile path, Hulett is a great place to use as your base camp for exploring the area.

Outdoor activities abound in the area as Black Hills National Forest surrounds the town. Fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, camping are among the many activities available in the area.
