Located 15.7 miles northeast of Shell, Wyoming, on US Highway 14, then 25.7 miles Southeast on Forest Road 17. (-107.3828 x 44.3956) High clearance, four-wheel drive is recommended for several sections of F 17. Elevation is at 9,300 feet, expect cold evenings even in mid-summer. Four sites, spur lengths 40-70'. Restrooms and drinking water are available but no public showers, electricity, or phones. Non-motorized boating allowed. Season runs from approximately mid-June through mid-September. No reservations accepted.
