Fifty miles of trails are groomed and 60 miles ungroomed for a total of 110 miles of excellent riding opportunities in the Sierra Madres, with snow depths ranging between two and eight feet.
Facilities and services are available in Encampment. There several permit-selling agents in this area for your convenience.

Season: November through April
Season Temperatures: +30 F to -30 F
This trail system is maintained through cooperative efforts of the Wyoming Department of State Parks & Cultural Resources/Division of State Parks & Historic Sites, the U.S. Forest Service and the local snowmobile club.
