Uinta County Museum

The Uinta County Museum, located in the historic Carnegie building in downtown Evanston, features permanent and changing exhibits on local and regional history, including railroad history and historic trails. Featured in Summer 2007 is an exhibit of Sioux ledger drawings.

From I-80 east or west, take Front St. exit, then proceed north to Front and 10th Sts. The museum is located here in Depot Square, the heart of historic downtown Evanston.

Winter Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Summer Hours: Memorial Day to Labor Day Open Daily Sunday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
