Open to the general public who have official military identification cards M-F 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays. The general public without military identification cards can only access parts of the base during Ft. D. A. Russell Days, F. E. Warren Air Force Base Open House, which is the first weekend of Cheyenne Frontier Days, July18-20 2008. Inquires can be made by calling 307-773-2980 concerning public access to the base museum.
