When I was about 12 my parents took me to Yellowstone National Park, which became my 1st trip there in a long line of vacations in the park.  I will never forget waking up and finding a bison standing in the parking lot, wow what a large animal.  The rest of the day I was able to see: a fox, three elk up close, a moose, a bear and a mountain lion.  I really try to visit everything in the park, but that would take several days and even then I doubt I could see it all.

Any one wanting to take a family learning vacation that will awe everyone in your group, Yellowstone Park is the place to go.

One of the really great parts of the trip is seeing Wyoming on a long leisurely drive through the state.  Wyoming has so much to see in both history and nature.  I love this state and will be going back in 2009 or 2010.

See ya there.
