Directions:
Located at the base of the Wind River Mountains and includes the Wind River Indian Reservation. From Salt Lake City travel on I-80 east to US Highway 191, then northeast on Highway 28. From Denver travel I-25 north to Highway 287 then I-80 west to the junction of Highway 287/789. From Casper take Highway 20/26 west to Shoshoni and continue on 26/789. From Billings travel south from Cody on Highway 120 then 789/20 south to Shoshoni. By air: fly into Riverton Regional Airport (RIW).
