Category: Guides/Outfitters/Rentals
City: Lovell

Nestled between the Pryor Mountains and the Big Horn Canyon, Wyoming High Country offers an authentic cowboy adventure, while lodging in our cow camps. Camps have a cabin, home cooked meals, canvas wall tents, horses and gear for 6 days, while trailing cattle to and from the high country mountain pastures in the spring and fall. Experience the life of the trail-drover of 120 years past on a cattle drive into Wyoming's High Country. During the summer month's, we offer an incredible selection of trails for the horseman in you. The Medicine Wheel, Bucking Mule Falls, Porcupine Falls and the Devil's Canyon Overlook are all picturesque rides from the Lodge, located at 9000' elevation, along the meadows of Bald Mountain Creek.
Wyoming High Country Adventures offers some of the most spectacular and scenic trail-riding in the Big Horn Mountains. The Medicine Wheel, Bucking Mule Falls, Porcupine Falls, and the Devil's Canyon Overlook are all within an easy day's ride of the lodge. The new lodge overlooks the meadows of Bald Mountain Creek, and the abundant wildlife that call the high country their home. Moose, elk and deer are frequent visitors to our front door. Stay in the Lodge, or in one of our more rustic log cabins, experience the finest of ranch cooking in front of the fireplace, and relax on the porch, where the summer evening stars seem close enough to touch. Incredible mountain views will leave you breathless, and the peace and quiet will afford you a restful and relaxing vacation.
