We are Campbell Counties first approved and  fully permitted RV park. Purpose engineered and constructed for year round living. We are handicapped accessible. Our water is a municipal grade well. Our 20 lots are spacious, private and average 88 feet long by 60 feet wide. Our shower and laundry facility is spacious and well equipped. We are the first and only RV Park to be awarded a "Certificate of Occupancy" issued by Campbell County.
