The Wyoming Office of Tourism Partners with Ford Bronco Wild Fund to Showcase Responsible Travel in Competition-Style Documentary Series

May 31, 2023 — Cheyenne, Wyo. The Wyoming Office of Tourism (WOT) announced today a partnership with Ford Bronco Wild Fund and Outside. The partnership will include a new online video series, Wildly Wyoming, which will air this July on streaming services and Outside TV. Team Bronco Ambassadors explore Wyoming to learn how to respect and care for the lands and culture of the state, with $70,000 in Bronco Wild Fund grants given to Wyoming-based charities.

Wyoming Office of Tourism to celebrate the travel industry’s economic impact this National Travel and Tourism Week

May 2, 2023 — Cheyenne, Wyo. - Less than one week ahead of this year's National Travel and Tourism Week (NTTW), the Wyoming Office of Tourism is pleased to announce the 2022 Economic Impact of Travel results. Travel to Wyoming has returned to or exceeds pre-pandemic levels on all benchmarks. Tourism is the second largest industry in the state, touching all 23 counties and positively impacting the lives of residents across Wyoming. From fossil digging to dude ranch experiences, travel is a lead contributor to sales and use tax, is the largest private sector employer in Wyoming and is essential to the economic well-being of the state.

Casper set as location for international tourism tradeshow event

April 26, 2023 — Cheyenne, Wyo. - The Wyoming Office of Tourism (WOT) is excited to announce Casper, Wyoming as the location for the 2024 International Roundup (IRU) tourism tradeshow. The event is set for April 19-22, 2024 and will bring in international travel planners and tour operators from seven overseas markets who specialize in selling customized travel itineraries through the five-state region of Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota — collectively branded overseas as “The Great American West.”
